Suzanne Haggerty

Chief Operating Officer, 501 Data Solutions

Suzanne began her career in the nonprofit industry over 25 years ago at Project Bread—The Walk for Hunger. She was hired to manage all aspects of their CRM database as well as lead the project of selecting, managing, and converting to Raiser’s Edge database. 

After completing that conversion project and setting up a new sustainer program at Project Bread, Suzanne went on to work at Target Software as one of the founding members of the Data Management Services division. 

Taking on the role of account manager for that division’s first nonprofit client—U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, Suzanne managed all aspects of the data elements and workflow for that client as well as three other national nonprofits during her time at Target Software.  


For the last 12 years, Suzanne has worked for the Alzheimer’s Association, managing their database of record that contains over 20 million accounts, 40 million transactions, and over a billion interactions. Her work at the association included several high-profile data projects, such as the transition to using Omnipoint for DM and multichannel segmentation, financial reconciliations, and reporting. 

Suzanne was part of a team of managers that worked on the set up of data entry standards, acknowledgments, and gift processing as the association transitioned from chapter based to one organization.  

In 2019, Suzanne was excited to start the next chapter of her career by starting 501 Data Solutions with a group of trusted colleagues that have worked together for over 20 years.

Personal Life

In her free time, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family at her home near the coast of Massachusetts and watching her two sons play multiple sports. She also volunteers for the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth.
